In-Game currency refund request DENIED

I recently saw a pack on call of duty warzone that i wanted and was 20USD, Not 2400 cod points like usual, so i got the 20 dollars on my venmo and was excited to get it, so much infact that i forgot to buy the pack and accidentally purchased the ingame currency rather than the pack itself, so i make a refund request thinking itd all blow over and id have my money back in no time. I never redeemed the points to anything and till this day they sit in my call of duty account. i didnt get a reply from microsoft or Xbox support and when i checked on the refund status it was declined, i requested the refund within an hour of purchase. I read the policies and guidelines to refunds and it met every requirement and still was declined? No reason was given, i was just denied it for the sake of being denied. And it has been 2 days since perchase at the time of this post and i tried endlessly to contact support to get my 20 dollars back so that i may reverse my mistake and buy the pack i want.
