So I am trying to create a presentation on PowerPoint Online via a template and the error "Something's not right.

The page you requested is temporaily unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience, please check back in a few minutes." popped up. Are there any ways to fix this?

Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

That message usually means PowerPoint for the web or the template page is having trouble loading. It can be a temporary service issue, browser cache issue, or a problem with that specific template.

In the meantime, if you haven’t already already:

    • Refresh the page and try again after a few minutes.
    • Open PowerPoint Online in an InPrivate/Incognito window.
    • Try a different browser, such as Chrome or Firefox.
    • Clear the browser cache and cookies.
    • Try creating a blank presentation first, then apply the template after it opens.
    • Check if the same template works from another device or network.

You can also check the Microsoft service status page here: https://status.cloud.microsoft/

If issue still persists, to help narrow down the issue:

    1. Does this happen with all PowerPoint templates or only one specific template?
    2. Can you create a blank presentation in PowerPoint Online?
    3. Is this happening in all web browser apps?
