when I login to portal.azure.com I'm reciving:

Allow third-party cookies

Go to your browser’s privacy settings and make sure third-party cookies aren’t blocked.

Add Azure login URLs to the same security zone

In Internet Options (IE/Edge), under the Security tab, add both portal.azure.com and login.microsoftonline.com to the Local intranet (or Trusted sites) zone.

Restart the browser after making changes.

Try incognito/private mode or another browser

Sometimes running in InPrivate/Incognito automatically isolates stale cookies.

Or switch to Chrome/Firefox to verify if it’s a browser-specific issue.

(If you’re using a custom app with MSAL.js) enable cookie storage for auth state
