Dear Support Team,

I attended the AI Foundry sessions and received an email confirming my eligibility for a 50% discount on the AI-901 certification exam. The email specifically states:

"You’re now eligible to take the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification exam at 50% off the exam price."

However, when I proceed to schedule the exam through Pearson VUE using the same email address that received the eligibility notification, the full exam fee is displayed and the discount is not being applied.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue and advise how I can redeem the 50% discount?

    The discount is applied to the Microsoft Learn profile for the email address used to register for the event. The discount is automatically applied at the final stage of checkout. The voucher will be applied five business days after the event.
