We couldn’t verify your startup

I have applied for azure startup credits and have provided all the requested information. A few days later it says:

We couldn’t verify your startup. We’ll switch you to a pay-as-you-go subscription once your original $1,000 in credits run out or expire.

I cannot find how to contact a human and always get redirected to infinite loops of automatic responses. The startup is in Denmark and I have seen that this is a problem for more people in this area.
