GH-300 certification Not found

Use these steps to troubleshoot the missing GH-300 certification:

1. Confirm that the certification was actually earned
   • Review the GH-300 exam/certification requirements on the relevant details page to ensure the correct exam was passed and that it grants a certification.
2. Check the correct Learn profile
   • Sign in to Microsoft Learn and make sure the correct account/profile is being used.
   • If multiple Learn profiles or login accounts exist (for example, personal Microsoft account and work/school account), sign out and try each account that might have been used to register for the exam.
   • Remember that the “congratulations” email is sent to the Contact Email in the Learn profile; if the link in that email does not show the certification, it may be associated with a different profile.
3. Verify where certifications now appear
   • The legacy Certification Dashboard referenced in older documentation has been replaced. Certifications and transcripts are now visible under the Learn profile credentials pages:

     • Transcript: https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/transcript
   • For GH-300 specifically, it can take 24–48 hours for results to appear on the Microsoft Learn profile; if it has been longer, continue with the next steps.
4. Check for known limitations
   • If the exam was taken through Certiport, note that exams and certifications earned through Certiport are not currently reflected in the Microsoft Learn profile and must be managed via the Certiport account.
   • Some legacy certifications no longer appear in Learn profiles, but GH-300 is a current GitHub certification and should appear once processed.
5. Use the Missing Certifications guidance
   • Follow the steps in the “Missing Exams or Certifications” article to verify requirements, confirm the login account, and troubleshoot issues with AI Skills Navigator if applicable.
6. Contact the correct support channel
   • If the certification still does not appear after verifying the above, open a support request:
     • For Microsoft Certifications in general, use Credentials Support as described in the Credentials support article.
     • For GitHub Certifications–specific issues (including GH-300), use the GitHub support options listed under GitHub Certifications in the Credentials support page or GitHub Zendesk support.

Support can review the exam record, confirm whether GH-300 was passed under the current profile, and correct any profile or mapping issues so the certification and badge appear.
