Hello,

I would like to unlink my PlayStation 5 account from my old Microsoft account. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to that Microsoft account, so I am unable to manage or remove the link myself.

Could you please help me unlink the old Microsoft account from my PS5 account so that I can link a new Microsoft account instead?
