Copilot conversations no longer working

For some reason over the last week, Copilot has been glitiching when I try to scroll down and get past the pinned conversations. So on Wednesday the 17th of June I deleted the app, reinstalled and saw 3 months worth of conversations were deleted on my iPhone, my android(despite the app not being deleted on this phone) and my lenovo computer. New conversations won't save either. i managed to get new conversations to save on my lenovo computer despite not being able to access the deleted conversations, but on my Samsung and iPhone new conversations still won't save. And yes it is the same account on the copilot app across all three devices. Apparently its a corrupted sync index and I've tried everything on my side to fix it. Can this be escalated to engineering please?
