Can't sign in to profile to comment and chat with users over MSN feed articles

MSN feeds is default home page for Microsoft Edge on a Xbox X and S. Been commenting on articles of interest for a couple yrs now. Yesterday was fine. Today however, I went to drop a comment, hit submit, and was redirected to the Trusted Community Engagement and Contributions screen which shows profile, number of comments, reactions etc....to find everything blank and my profile was logged out which is a first. Sign in/Create a profile prompt pops up and it's always been continue with Microsoft default and/or my main email for login. Tried 5 times, 5 quick flashes of attempting to sign in, 5 times was redirected back to the article in question on new pages. Eventually MS's try again later page presented itself and the error code I got when I hit support I put up top. Tried sign in another way a couple times, manually enter email, and this causes the screen to get perma stuck in a grey screen with nothing happening. A refresh there kicks me all the way back to my MSN homepage.

Self help support said nothings wrong with my email or account. Its a long time account with no issues Ive ever had for 20+ yrs. MSN ban the profile from commenting or something? Why can't I log in? Why is it not authenticating? And I don't know if tags are correct. Pretty bummed

MSN article comments, including sign-in, commenting, and any restrictions or blocks, are controlled by MSN’s own systems and moderation, not by Microsoft Edge, Xbox, or Microsoft Learn Q&A.

From the described behavior (sudden failure after years of use, redirect to the Trusted Community Engagement page with blank stats, repeated sign-in loops, and “try again later” with an error code), the most likely causes are:

An MSN-side issue with the commenting system or authentication on that platform (including Xbox Edge home feed).
An MSN moderation or automated restriction on the commenting/profile feature for that account or device.

There is no way from Windows, Edge, Xbox, or Microsoft Learn Q&A to see why the MSN profile can’t comment or to remove a restriction. Only the MSN team can investigate and change this.

To get this looked at by MSN:

Open any MSN page that has a comments section (from the Edge MSN feed or another device/browser if needed).
Go to the bottom right of the MSN page and select the Feedback option.
In the feedback form, clearly describe:
- That commenting and profile sign-in stopped working suddenly (include approximate date/time).
- That the Trusted Community Engagement page shows blank profile/comment counts and logs out.
- That sign-in loops or gets stuck and shows error code 80041002.
- That the Microsoft account itself works elsewhere and has passed self-help checks.
Submit the feedback so the MSN team can review the account and moderation/authentication status on their side.

Be aware:

MSN comments are moderated by an AI bot that can incorrectly flag or block accounts and comments.
There is no separate technical support channel for MSN comments beyond the feedback mechanism on MSN pages.
If any restriction is tied to the underlying Microsoft account (for example, due to suspicious activity or Terms of Use issues), those sign-in or verification problems must be handled through the standard Microsoft account flows; however, unblocking MSN comments still depends on MSN’s moderation and feedback process.
