I am upset that I am unable to post comments on stories! It looks like I am being censored by Community Guidelines because I don't support Zionist aggression and want to express my views re: US foreign policy and AIPAC bribing US politicians and govt officials!

I want to speak with someone about this! I am seriously considering not renewing my software licenses with MS in Feb 2027 as a protest to not allowing Freedom of Speech by MS on behalf of foreign entities and war criminals..

Please call me (Jay) at PII removed Thank you.

MSN article comments and their moderation are controlled by MSN’s own automated and human review systems, not by this forum or general Microsoft product support, and there is no phone-based support channel for comment moderation.

Key points relevant to this situation:

    1. Why comments are being blocked
MSN uses AI and other automated filters plus human review to enforce its community guidelines. These systems can sometimes incorrectly flag normal or non‑vulgar comments as violating guidelines, including political opinions or very short replies.
    2. This forum and standard support cannot change MSN moderation
Microsoft Q&A, Learn, and similar support channels have no access to MSN’s internal moderation rules or logs and cannot unblock an account, restore comments, or change how the filters treat specific viewpoints.
    3. How to raise or contest the issue
The only documented way to question or challenge MSN comment blocking or perceived bias is to use the feedback mechanism directly on MSN pages:
      • Open any MSN news/article page where comments appear.
      • Go to the bottom of the MSN page and select the Feedback option.
      • Describe that comments are being blocked as “not following community guidelines,” include example text (without offensive language), and explain that the content is political opinion you believe complies with the rules.
      • Submit the feedback so the MSN team responsible for moderation can review how the systems are handling the account and content.
    4. No alternative escalation path
There is no separate support, phone number, or escalation path outside the MSN feedback tool for changing how comments are moderated or for unblocking an account. All concerns about censorship, bias, or incorrect blocking must go through the MSN feedback mechanism.

If the concern also relates to broader Microsoft online communities (for example, feedback or Q&A areas), those are governed by the Microsoft Feedback and Q&A Codes of Conduct, which prohibit illegal content, harassment, spam, and certain other behaviors, and violations can lead to removal of content or account restrictions.
