Don’t see how to update Word etc on iPad and iPhone prior to July 13. I do not see “About Word” as described in your instruction email

    Hello, I’m Virginia a fellow Windows user.

    How old is the iPad? Depending on the age it may be it cannot install the current version of Office apps but will only show the version which is compatible.

    The version is possibly under Settings>Help & Feedback - Excel has ‘about’ under there.

    The latest version on the Apple App Store in the UK is 2.110 - released 5 days ago - so I suspect the later version you mention is either a beta build or most likely is for the PC version.

    I did that, using update all, that but my apps show version 2.110, not the 2.93 specified in your email.
