Request for Transfer of Azure Sponsorship Credits to New Account

Dear Microsoft Azure Sponsorship Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to request your assistance regarding our Azure Sponsorship credits awarded through the Deel startup program.

Our startup, Tychi Labs, was granted Azure credits worth USD 100,000 through Microsoft's startup sponsorship programme via Deel. The original Azure account was created using my email address, ******@gmail.com, while I was in India.

Unfortunately, during the account setup process, the account was associated with India as the country/region, and due to authorisation and verification issues, I was unable to successfully complete the onboarding process. As a result, we have been unable to access or utilise any of the awarded Azure credits.

Over the past several months, I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue and have been in communication with Mr Debayan Chatterjee (Microsoft / Sonata Software North America). Despite his efforts to assist, the country configuration issue could not be corrected, leaving the sponsorship credits inaccessible.

In order to move forward, I created a new Azure account using my business email address:

using the same sponsorship code and organisational details. However, the Azure credits remain tied to the original account and have not been transferred.

I would like to respectfully request a manual review of our case and, if possible, the transfer of the Azure Sponsorship credits from the original account (******@gmail.com) to the new business account (******@tychiwallet.com).

To clarify:

• The sponsorship was legitimately awarded to our startup through Deel. • The credits have never been utilised. • The issue arose solely due to account onboarding and country/region configuration problems. • We have made repeated good-faith efforts to resolve the matter through normal support channels. • We are eager to begin building on Azure and would greatly appreciate your assistance in enabling us to access the sponsorship benefits.

Tychi Labs is currently developing a decentralised banking OS and blockchain infrastructure platform, and Azure services are expected to play an important role in our development and scaling efforts. Resolving this matter would allow us to move forward immediately with our planned Azure deployment.

I would be grateful if your team could review our case and advise on the best path forward. I am happy to provide any supporting documentation, Deel sponsorship confirmation, account details, or verification information required.
