However, I accidentally submitted the badge claim form using my college email address (Gmail), while my training was completed on my personal email account (Outlook). You were informed to use the same email address on the voucher claim form as used to register for the event. As you didn't your claim will have failed validation.
There is no mechanism for manually validating submissions or changing email addresses.
