MSN Money Watchlist portfolios will not open — backend data corruption

My MSN Money Watchlist loads, but none of my portfolios will open. They spin indefinitely and never load.

I have already: – Reset my Edge profile – Cleared cookies and site data – Signed out/in – Tried InPrivate and Guest Mode – Tried the classic portfolio URL (returns “page doesn’t exist”) – Verified I am signed in normally

This appears to be server-side corruption of my MSN Money portfolio data.

Please escalate this to the MSN backend team to repair my existing portfolios. I do not want them deleted — I want them recovered.

This issue is caused by backend corruption of MSN Money portfolio data. Multiple users are affected. Please escalate this to the MSN Money backend engineering team to repair existing portfolio data without deleting it. Client-side troubleshooting does not resolve the issue.

I saw one posting that claimed the issue had been resolved. That may be true for them but I continue to have the issue on launching my portfolio. On occasion I still receive the 'OOOPS that page does not exist or can not be opened' rsponse to the watchlist page.

While this answer does not solve the problem directly, it notes that multiple users are experiencing this issue. It also agrees that this should be escalated to the MSN backend team to repair.

However, sometime today My Watchlist has been repaired and works fine again. Apparently, this was escalated to the right team at MSN, and the issue has been repaired.

    Thank you, MSN.
