I am unable to open my newly purchased Flight Simulator because of Shader Model 6.7 not being supported. I am using Windows 11.

That error indicates a limitation on your graphics card, it may not support Shader Model 6.7, or a problem with the graphics drivers.

Click your Start Button, then just type dxdiag and press Enter.

On the resulting DirectX utility, select the Display tab.

Please provide a screenshot of that Display tab.

Thank you for the screenshot, the Intel HD Graphics 630 on your processor does not support Shader Model 6.7, that is a hardware limitation and there is no working method available to update the Shader Model version support.
