According to the Microsoft Family Safety policy, only the Family Organizer can add or remove members from the family group.
Because your account is set up as a child account, you’ll need the Family Organizer to remove you from the family group. Microsoft does not provide any other options or permissions directly to family group members or child accounts for managing family settings.
If the Family Organizer’s account is locked, they will first need to unlock their account. They can use the Microsoft account sign-in helper tool to do this.-
