I'm stuck in a family group as a 16 year old with an organizer who's locked

A couple days ago my friend and I were having a sleepover, and the idiot decided to add me to some family group using an alternate account of his, now, so he could download some stupid app. Now, I asked him to remove me, he refused, and to add insult to injury, apparently his account got locked, so I'm just stuck in this family group. With my friends' alt account which is now locked. How do I leave this family group?? Please help.
