This game does not proceed past the 2nd level, as reported many times. Microsoft Games suggests creating a new account. I am at Diamond GrandMaster and to throw it all away to play this one game and to perhaps make it work is ludicrous. This is sad, as I enjoy this game, but it DOESN'T WORK!!! You need to fix it, for Pete's sake,

Gravity Blocks is part of the Microsoft Solitaire & Casual Games lineup that is installed and updated through Microsoft Store as part of the Microsoft Solitaire Collection and related titles.

When a specific level in a Microsoft casual game cannot be progressed due to a defect in the title itself (for example, the game consistently stops after level 2), this is not something that can be fixed by changing accounts or local Windows settings. The correct path is:

    1. Ensure the game is fully updated via Microsoft Store
      • Open Microsoft Store on Windows.
      • Search for the relevant casual game (for example, Microsoft Solitaire Collection or other Microsoft Casual Games that include Gravity Blocks).
      • If an Update button is available, select it and let the update complete.
      • Relaunch the game and retry the affected level.
    2. Reinstall the game from Microsoft Store
      • In Microsoft Store, go to the game’s product page (for example, Microsoft Solitaire Collection or the specific casual game bundle that includes Gravity Blocks).
      • Uninstall the game from Windows (via Settings → Apps → Installed apps).
      • Back in Microsoft Store, select Install to download and install the latest version.
      • Start the game again and test progression past level 2.
    3. If the defect persists after reinstalling and updating
      • The issue is likely in the game content or service itself rather than the account.
      • In this situation, keep the existing account (to preserve the Diamond GrandMaster status) and report the bug through the game’s in-app feedback or Microsoft Store review channel so it can be addressed in a future update, instead of creating a new account.

These steps allow keeping the current progression while ensuring the latest build of the game is installed. Creating a new account solely to work around a progression bug is not required based on the available guidance; the supported approach is to install and maintain the game via Microsoft Store and rely on updates to resolve title-level issues.
