    Good day Jorge,

Thank you for sharing your concern.

Just to gently clarify before we go any further, this is a user‑to‑user support forum. I don’t have the ability to access or investigate individual accounts because this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and contributors, including external Microsoft employees, do not have access to internal systems or the ability to directly take action on Microsoft product features. However, I truly hope I can help review your situation, offer some guidance, and support you in finding the right next steps as best as possible.

When a Microsoft 365 Business subscription is purchased, a separate work account is automatically created using your business domain. This account usually looks like ******@yourcompany.com or ******@yourcompany.onmicrosoft.com. The personal email address used during the purchase is only for billing and confirmation purposes and does not provide access to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

That is why you don't see anything in your personal account dashboard.

Additionally, personal accounts and business accounts use different sign in portals and processes, which can sometimes cause confusion.

To help me better understand the situation and assist you effectively, could you please share a few details such as:

1/ What Microsoft 365 subscription did you purchase? For example: Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Standard, or Premium, etc.

2/ Which website you are using to sign in to your business account?

This will help me better understand the context and provide more targeted support. Any additional information will help me better understand and support you.

In the meantime, please try the steps below to ensure you are signing in correctly:

Step 1: Sign in to the correct portal

Please open a web browser, then go to the browser settings and clear browsing data. Set the time range to "All time" to avoid issues caused by outdated cache. Alternatively, you can use an Incognito/InPrivate window.

Sign in to office.com using the business account credentials provided during setup (not your personal email).

Step 2: Go to Microsoft 365 admin center

Then go to App Launcher > More apps > All apps > Admin to open the Microsoft 365 admin center. Alternatively, you can access it directly at admin.microsoft.com.

From there, you can manage licenses, billing, and other settings within your tenant.

Step 3: Assign the subscription to your account

Go to Users > Active users > Select your account > Open Licenses and apps.

Select the checkbox next to the subscription name, then click Save changes.

This step ensures that your Microsoft 365 services are activated and ready to use. It may take a short time after assignment before services are fully available.

I hope this information is helpful. If you’re unable to sign in after trying these steps, please let me know so I can guide you on how to contact Microsoft Support for further investigation.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
