After sign in registration to insider program page is stuck in a infinite loop

im trying to register my account to the windows insider program but after sign in im stuck seeing a infinite loading loop and im unable to register. i tried multiple computers using multiple browsers and my mobile phone but nothing works.

Hi tried both nothing is working.

from my personal account the registration form seems to work fine.
but when i try to register from my organization account i get stuck in the loading loop.
