Hi Team,

I have completed my PL-900 certification assessment and received a certificate for the same. But when I check on my profile, there's been no badge update for the same. Could anyone please guide me on it?

Regards,

Hardik

Badges and certificates are managed separately, so it’s possible to see the certificate before the badge appears or before it syncs everywhere.

    Use these checks and steps:

    1. Confirm the certification is on the correct Learn profile
      • Sign in to Microsoft Learn and open the Certifications tab in the profile.
      • Verify that PL‑900 appears there and that the account matches the one used to register and take the exam. If it does not appear, follow the guidance for missing certifications and contact Microsoft Credentials Support.
    2. Access the badge from the Certification Dashboard
      • Go to the Certification Dashboard (see “Access your Certification Dashboard”).
      • From there, follow the instructions under How to access your badges (the dashboard links to the badging experience described in Use and share certification badges).
      • If PL‑900 is listed as earned, the associated badge should be available there even if it is not yet visible in other places.
    3. Check external badging platform (Credly/Acclaim)
      • Microsoft certification badges are issued through Credly’s Acclaim platform.
      • Create or sign in to an Acclaim account using the same email address that Microsoft has on file, then accept the PL‑900 badge if it is waiting there.
      • Once accepted, the badge can be shared to LinkedIn and other platforms, and it will be associated with the certification.
    4. If the badge is still missing
      • If PL‑900 is visible as a certification but there is no corresponding badge in the Certification Dashboard or Acclaim, open a case with Microsoft Credentials Support so they can review the credential and fix any account or badge‑issuance issues.

Note that some delays can occur between passing the exam, the certification appearing in the Learn profile, and the badge being fully available across all systems.
