Dear Microsoft Credential Support Team,

I appeared for the DP-800 certification exam today at 5:00 PM and successfully passed the exam. However, the result is not yet visible in my Microsoft Learn profile under Exam History or Credentials.

Additionally, I have not received any confirmation email regarding the exam result, certification achievement, or badge issuance.

I contacted Pearson VUE support, and they informed me that the exam delivery was successful and advised me to contact Microsoft Certification Support for further assistance.

Please investigate this issue and help update my certification records on Microsoft Learn.

It can take 24-48 hours for results to appear on your Microsoft Learn profile under https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab especially over the weekend or if taken at a test center. What you need to check and then do if you cannot find your certification is covered by this page https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/missing-certifications
