Hello Microsoft for Startups Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I attended Y Combinator Startup School India and received free Microsoft Azure credits. I redeemed the offer on June 13, 2026, and received a confirmation email stating that my application had been received and would be reviewed within 3 days.

However, it has now been more than 3 days, and my dashboard still shows "Your application has been received". I have not received any further updates regarding the review status.

Could you please check the status of my application and let me know if any additional information is required from my side?

The Microsoft for Startups application review typically completes within about three business days, but it can take longer if additional verification is needed. During this time, the Azure Portal and startup dashboard can continue to show a pending status such as “Your application has been received” while the review is still in progress.

While the application is under review, the Azure Portal experience should already allow use of the initial $1,000 in starter Azure credits to begin building and testing workloads. The yellow “under review” banner and similar messages remain until the application is either approved or declined.

If the status has been pending beyond the usual review window, the next step is to contact Microsoft for Startups Program Support so they can:

    1. Check the current status of the application and any required verification steps.
    2. Confirm whether additional information is needed.
    3. Help with any issues related to Azure sponsorship or credits not appearing as expected.

Program Support can be reached via the Microsoft for Startups help portal at https://aka.ms/startuphelp-mfs-portal, as documented, and is the correct channel for application review and onboarding issues.

Once the application is approved, an email notification will be sent, and the Azure Portal experience will update to show expanded credits and full program benefits.
