Can't log into my Microsoft for Startups Portal

I try logging in here - https://portal.startups.microsoft.com/login
After it logs me in, it brings me right back to the login page. I tried incognito/private and even other computers and it still happens. I've been fighting with this for months and haven't been able to get any support. I also don't see the ? in login screen.

I tried submitting a support ticket through Azure but there's really no option that fits the topic. I tried one for subscriptions issues but they just closed the ticket without responding.

I see the credits in my account and it says Microsoft for Startups on the upper left of my Azure Portal.
