Tier 3 support needed Windows uses 1 of two ghost accounts to log in and treats it as local and my account is in dissarray.

I have two ghost profiles and a supposedly active profile. I am logging into Windows which then locks to a ghost profile. Which is then treated as a local profile. This means because of the mismatch everything else won't log me in as it doesn't match my actual current profile. This is cross-device as I have the same problems on my Android Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6. I can't use anything anymore. I have asked for help across all the channels I can access which isn't much. I am a paying customer I pay for MS 365 Family Pro which I can't use properly since I can no longer log in or sync with OneDrive, Edge won't sync. Nothing will sync.

This is all a backend problem something I can't reach and I need help from Microsoft people who can do more than look at an account I need access to people who can look deep into my account and rescue it from getting destroyed.

Please escalate my problems to a tier 3 level and have them look at the problems my account has on the Microsoft servers.
