SC-200 exam results and certifications are managed through Microsoft Learn.
To access and download the SC-200 certification:
- Go to the Microsoft Learn credentials page for your account:

- In the Credentials tab, locate the SC-200: Microsoft Security Operations Analyst certification.
- Open the certification, then use your browser’s Print function and choose Save as PDF to create a downloadable copy.
Certificates are no longer provided as a direct file download; they must be viewed, printed, and saved as PDF from the browser.
If the SC-200 certification does not appear even though the exam shows as passed, use Credentials support | Microsoft Learn to open a support request so the certification team can investigate.
