To unblock a sender in Outlook on the web/Outlook.com:

  1. Sign in to Outlook on the web or Outlook.com.
  2. Select Settings (gear icon) at the top of the page.
  3. Select Mail > Junk email.
  4. Under Blocked senders or Blocked senders and domains, find the email address or domain that was blocked.
  5. Select that address or domain, then select the Delete/Remove icon to unblock it.
  6. Select Save if prompted.

After unblocking, future messages from that sender will no longer be automatically moved to Junk. If any of their messages are currently in the Junk Email folder, open one and move it back to Inbox so Outlook learns it is not junk.
