Hi!

I haven't been provisioned into the Founders Hub yet, despite being approved for $1000 of credits. Please help! It says no account found.

Access to the $1,000 in Azure startup credits and access to Microsoft for Startups (including the Founders Hub experience) are tied to the Azure account and subscription that were created during the application flow, not just to program approval.

    Based on the documented flow:

    1. After applying, an Azure account must be created through the 3‑step setup (profile, address, payment) to receive the $1,000 in starter credits.
    2. When that completes, the "Build your startup, [Name]" dashboard appears and a confirmation tip shows: "You've unlocked $1,000 in Azure credits." The credits are then immediately available, though the balance can take up to 24 hours to fully update.
    3. Once the application is submitted, the Microsoft for Startups portal is used to activate and manage Startup credits, track usage, and manage the team.

If the Founders Hub (Microsoft for Startups portal) shows "no account found" even though the $1,000 credits email has been received, the most likely causes from the documented behavior are:

    • The Azure account setup was not fully completed (for example, the 3‑step creation flow was not finished or the final confirmation link was not followed).
    • The application is still under review and the portal experience has not yet fully provisioned, even though starter credits are available.

To move forward using only the documented steps:

    1. Ensure the Azure account setup is fully completed
      • Follow the 3‑step Azure account creation process (profile, address, payment) as described in the application flow.
      • After clicking Save, wait for the "Setting up your account" step to complete and confirm that the "Build your startup" dashboard appears with the $1,000 credits confirmation.
    2. Allow for propagation time
      • The credit balance and portal experience may take up to 24 hours to fully update after account creation.
    3. If the account is fully set up and the issue persists
      • Use the program-specific support channel documented for Microsoft for Startups application and portal issues: https://aka.ms/startuphelp-mfs-portal.
      • For Azure account or technical issues after the account is set up, submit a support request through the Azure portal as indicated in the documentation.

These are the only supported, documented paths to resolve provisioning and access issues for Microsoft for Startups and the associated $1,000 credits.
