Visual Studio Visual Studio Enterprise (FTE) Azure Subscription doesn't show in my Alternate account

Let me know if you need sub id or alternate account id for further troubleshoot. Note that, I have modified the alternate account recently because previous old alternate account has login issue. The new alternate account cannot show the subscriptions.

Add more backgrounds. There are actually 2 issues:

The old alternative account is personal MSA, but login to Azure Subscription requires Entra account MFA

The new alternative account is personal MSA too, no login issue, but cannot see the associated subscription

I need help either to resolve #1 or #2 to unblock access to the Visual Studio Enterprise (FTE) Azure Subscription. #1 is being tracked separately in (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5921391/need-help-to-setup-mfa-for-my-personal-msa-associa#comment-2699452).Want to focus on #2 in this thread that why the Azure Subscription is not visible in new alternative account's view.

Update. The MFA issue was resolved in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5921391/need-help-to-setup-mfa-for-my-personal-msa-associa?page=0&orderby=Helpful&translated=false#answers. I can access to the subscription. We can close this ticket now. But it's still not clear why the alternative account change doesn't work for Visual Studio subscription.
