I need to register an additional changelog reader for my Lustre instance. What are the steps? Who do I need to ask?

As requested, the additional changelog reader was successfully created with assistance from the engineering team, and the configuration was updated accordingly.

As confirmed via private message, the AMLFS instance is now operational, and the changelog user (cl2) has been successfully assigned.
