For Learn challenges, the progress counter (for example, 14/15) is based on every item in the challenge collection, including:
- All modules in the playlist
- The challenge’s own module assessment / knowledge check unit (if present)
In the EPAM‑GH300 challenge, all visible modules in the screenshot show 100% completion, so the missing “1” is most likely the separate challenge project assessment/knowledge check unit that must be completed to reach 15/15.
Actions to take:
- Open the EPAM‑GH300 challenge page again.
- Scroll to the bottom of the collection and look for an item named similar to “Module assessment”, “Knowledge check”, or “Challenge project assessment”.
- Open that item, sign in, and complete all questions until it shows as passed.
- Wait a short time for the challenge progress to refresh; the counter should then show 15/15.
If all items (including the assessment/knowledge check) already show 100% and the challenge still displays 14/15 after a few hours, raise a ticket with Microsoft Credentials Support so they can check the challenge completion on the account.
