IPv4 Conflict Issue with MAC Address Pass-Through (802.1X Environment)

We are using 802.1X and it requires MAC Address Pass-Through (IntegratedNic1). However, we are encountering an issue with it.

When a user disconnects from the internal Ethernet interface and later reconnects via a docking station, since both interfaces use the same MAC address, Windows falsely detects an IPv4 address conflict (Event ID 50068).

From our analysis, it appears that Windows retains the IP configuration of the internal NIC even after it is disconnected (cross symbol). The configuration remains present under:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\Interfaces{GUID}

As a result, when the docking station reconnects and is assigned the same IP address, the system considers it already in use.

Disabling IPv4 conflict detection is not an acceptable solution in our environment.

Could you provide a solution?
