Hello -

I am using my logic to fix the below issue. If you have better options for below issue that it will be very fine for me.

Topic :

In one sheet ("S1") I Hyper link the shape to the cell G7 having filter formula.

When i duplicate this sheet to new sheet named as "S2", the Hyper link shape shall be linked to cell G7 of the this duplicated sheet.

Use a ShapeSheet-style approach: give the target cell a defined name and link the shape to that name instead of to a sheet-specific address.

  1. On sheet S1, select cell G7.
  2. In the Name Box (left of the formula bar), type a name such as TargetG7 and press Enter. This creates a named range that always points to G7 on the active sheet.
  3. Select the shape “Update Me” on S1.
  4. Insert the hyperlink:
    • On the Insert tab, select Hyperlink (or press Ctrl+K).
    • Under Place in this document, in the Cell Reference / Defined Name box, enter TargetG7 instead of S1!G7.
    • Confirm with OK.

Now duplicate S1 to create S2, S3, etc. Each copied sheet inherits the named range TargetG7 pointing to its own G7, and the copied shape’s hyperlink continues to point to TargetG7 on that sheet. No manual relinking is required for each duplicate.
