AI-900 can stop showing in the Microsoft Learn profile for several supported reasons:

    1. The certification is on a different Learn profile
      • AI-900 may have been earned using a different Microsoft account than the one currently used to sign in.
      • Sign out of Microsoft Learn, then sign back in with any other Microsoft, work, or school accounts that might have been used when registering for or taking the exam.
      • Use the profile link in the original “Congratulations” email for AI-900; if that link opens a profile without the certification, it was likely earned under another profile.
    2. Multiple Learn profiles or shared devices
      • If a shared computer or browser was used, the exam might have been registered under someone else’s signed-in account.
      • Ensure the correct account is used when accessing the Learn profile and Certification Dashboard.
    3. Certiport delivery
      • If AI-900 was taken via Certiport, those certifications do not currently sync to Microsoft Learn.
      • In that case, manage and share the AI-900 credential directly from the Certiport account instead of expecting it in the Learn profile.
    4. Legacy/retired status
      • Some older certifications age out and no longer appear in the Learn profile. If AI-900 or its associated credential has moved into a legacy state, it may no longer be visible there.
    5. Next steps to recover visibility or proof
      • First, verify AI-900 is expected to appear by reviewing the credential details in the certifications browse page.
      • Then, confirm the correct login account is used and check all possible profiles.
      • If the certification still does not appear and it was not taken via Certiport, open a case with Microsoft Credentials Support so they can review and correct the certification record and profile mapping.
      • If the issue is specifically that the certificate file is missing but the certification is still valid, use the Certification Dashboard to access and download the certificate and transcript once the profile issue is resolved.

For direct assistance, contact Microsoft Credentials Support and provide exam details (date, exam code AI-900, and any proof of passing) so they can investigate the missing certification on the backend.
