From the screenshot, it appears OneNote is crashing during startup and Office is detecting a corrupted application component.

I would suggest trying the following steps in order:

1/ Select 'Repair Now' in the error dialog and allow the repair process to complete.

2/ If the issue continues:

Close all Office applications.
Open 'Control Panel' > 'Programs and Features'.
Select 'Microsoft 365' (or Office).
Choose 'Change' > 'Quick Repair'.

3/ If Quick Repair does not help, repeat the process and choose 'Online Repair' instead.

4/ Try starting OneNote in Safe Mode:

Press Windows + R
Type: onenote /safe
Press Enter

5/ If OneNote opens in Safe Mode, the issue may be related to an add-in. Disable any recently installed add-ins and test again.

6/ Also check whether the issue affects:

Only the desktop app, or
Both the desktop app and OneNote on the web.

Could you also let me know:

Which version of OneNote you are using (Microsoft 365, OneNote for Windows 10, or OneNote from the Microsoft Store)?
Did the problem start after a Windows update, Office update, or system change?
Does clicking Repair Now complete successfully, or does the same error return afterward?

That information will help narrow down whether this is an Office installation issue, a damaged OneNote cache, or a profile-related problem.

Its from Microsoft store and IDK how the problem got in there it was working last night and now it isn't and after clicking repair now the problem appears again

The new screenshot is very helpful.The message indicates that Windows Security is blocking a component (sppc.dll) that OneNote is trying to load. Because of that, OneNote may fail to start even after the repair completes.

Could you please check the following:

1/ Open Windows Security > Protection History and look for any recent events related to:

OneNote

sppc.dll

Microsoft Office

2/ Let me know if any item was blocked, quarantined, or flagged there. A screenshot of the Protection History entry would be helpful.

3/ Try resetting the Store version of OneNote:

Settings > Apps > Installed apps

Find Microsoft OneNote

Advanced options

Select Repair

If that does not help, select Reset

4/ Also run the following command from Command Prompt (Run as Administrator):

wsreset.exe

This clears the Microsoft Store cache.

5/ After that, restart Windows and test OneNote again.

Could you also confirm whether other Microsoft Store apps are opening normally, or if OneNote is the only affected app?

The Protection History information will help determine whether this is a Windows Security block, a damaged Store installation, or a corrupted system file.
