I took my PL-300 exam on 12th June with candidate ID: MS1101274719‎, and because of system malfunction my proctor had to let me out which made my exam incomplete. I need to write that exam and it is again asking for payment but paying huge amount again is i am incompetent. So kindly consider and provide me another chance to write this exam.
Thank you

Exam delivery issues (system malfunction, connectivity, proctor actions, etc.) must be handled directly with Pearson VUE and Microsoft Certification Support; they cannot be resolved via Q&A posts.

    Take these steps:

    1. Contact Pearson VUE support
      • Use Pearson VUE’s Microsoft contact channel: https://home.pearsonvue.com/microsoft/contact
      • Provide exam details (exam PL-300, date, time, and that the proctor ended the session due to system malfunction).
      • Request that the exam appointment be reviewed and, if applicable, that the exam be reinstated or a new appointment/voucher be issued.
    2. If needed, contact Microsoft Certification Support
      • Go to https://aka.ms/CertificationSupport and open a case.
      • Include the Pearson VUE case number, candidate ID, and a description that the exam was terminated due to system malfunction and now requires a new payment.

Only Pearson VUE/Microsoft support can determine whether a free reschedule or voucher reinstatement is granted in this situation.
