Exam delivery issues (system malfunction, connectivity, proctor actions, etc.) must be handled directly with Pearson VUE and Microsoft Certification Support; they cannot be resolved via Q&A posts.
Take these steps:
- Contact Pearson VUE support
- Use Pearson VUE’s Microsoft contact channel: https://home.pearsonvue.com/microsoft/contact
- Provide exam details (exam PL-300, date, time, and that the proctor ended the session due to system malfunction).
- Request that the exam appointment be reviewed and, if applicable, that the exam be reinstated or a new appointment/voucher be issued.
- If needed, contact Microsoft Certification Support
- Go to https://aka.ms/CertificationSupport and open a case.
- Include the Pearson VUE case number, candidate ID, and a description that the exam was terminated due to system malfunction and now requires a new payment.
Only Pearson VUE/Microsoft support can determine whether a free reschedule or voucher reinstatement is granted in this situation.
