How can I enter PIN to retrieve Product Key

Based on your description, you have a Microsoft Office University 2010 card with a 27-character PIN and would like to know how to redeem it to obtain a 25-character product key.

Unfortunately, the 27-character PIN for Office 2010 can no longer be redeemed to retrieve a 25-character product key.  Previously, this PIN could be entered on a Microsoft redemption site to generate a product key. However, this service has been retired, and Microsoft no longer supports converting unused PINs.  If the PIN was not redeemed in the past, there is no supported method to retrieve a product key, and installation/activation of Office 2010 will not be possible with the PIN alone.

However, please consider upgrading to a newer version of Microsoft Office, as Office 2010 is no longer supported.
