Hi @Michael Malakhov ,

Frequent Office crashes and loss of unsaved data are usually caused by add-ins, corrupted Office components, profile issues, or system-level conflicts (e.g., drivers or security software). The fact that Outlook sometimes won’t relaunch until a reboot also suggests a stuck process or external interference.

I recommend following the steps below:

To reduce data loss, also make sure AutoRecover/AutoSave is enabled in your Office apps.

Burak V.

    Hello

Is it just Outlook, or is it other Office apps too like Word, Excel, etc?

If it is Outlook only, hold down Win+R keys, copy and paste this into the run box and see if OUtlook can launch into Safe Mode?

    outlook.exe /safe
