NO LONGER HAVE EMAIL CONECTED TO ACC ANY OTHER WAY TO GET IT BACK?

There is no way to recover the Xbox account directly from the gamertag alone. The only supported path is to identify and regain access to the Microsoft account (email/alias) that the gamertag is attached to, then use normal Microsoft account recovery.

Use these steps:

1. Try to find the Microsoft account email
   • Check all current and old email accounts for receipts or messages from Microsoft/Xbox (game purchases, subscriptions, etc.). This can reveal which email address is the Microsoft account used for the Xbox profile.
   • Follow the guidance in Check products or services where you used your Microsoft account to look for your Microsoft account username in services you used.
2. Check if a known email is a Microsoft account
   • Go to https://account.microsoft.com and enter any email addresses you think might be linked.
   • If you see a password prompt, that email is a Microsoft account.
   • If you see “We couldn't find an account with that username” or “That Microsoft account doesn't exist,” that address is not a Microsoft account. In that case, double‑check spelling and domain (.com, .co.uk, etc.) as described in How to check if your email address is a Microsoft account.
3. If the email/Microsoft account is found but the password doesn’t work
   • Use the standard recovery flow described in My username and password have stopped working:
     1. Go to the Recover your account page: https://account.live.com/password/reset
     2. Enter the email/phone/Skype name.
     3. Choose where to receive a security code and verify.
     4. Reset the password.
4. If the sign‑in options or security info are outdated
   • When prompted to verify identity with an old phone/email you no longer have, select I don't have any of these (where available) and follow the prompts to replace security info, as described in Common problems with two-step verification for a work or school account and the Q&A guidance.
   • Be aware: if all security info is replaced, the account can be restricted for 30 days before full access is restored.
5. If none of the verification options work
   • Use the Sign-in Helper tool referenced in I can't sign in to my Microsoft account and Help with the Microsoft account recovery form.
   • If still blocked, fill out the Microsoft account recovery form with as much accurate information as possible (old passwords, folder names, contacts, etc.) as described in Help with the Microsoft account recovery form. Microsoft reviews and responds, typically within 24 hours.

If the original Microsoft account email cannot be identified or ownership cannot be proven through these official recovery methods, the account (and the Xbox profile tied to it) cannot be restored.
