My site is not indexed at all in bing

Hello Microsoft team, I'm having a problem that has never happened to me, I use Bing webmaster, but my site tools.gratis which is a Brazilian site where I gather hundreds of browser-based tools, but I realized that in Bing no page is indexed, I have already sent Sitemap, I requested manual indexing even so nothing appears in bing.

I get a warning when I try to index a page manually, the warning is this: The inspected URL is known to Bing but has some issues which are preventing indexation. We recommend you to follow Bing Webmaster Guidelines to increase your chances of indexation.

I never received any manual action warning from Bing, and I never did anything that by the menu ver violated Bing's rules and terms, I simply started posting on the site.

Note: During a while my site redirected visitors to another site my Gravador.net which is also an online tool and is perfectly indexed in Bing.
