Robux purchased with Microsoft/Xbox balance must be fulfilled by Roblox. If the Robux do not appear in the Roblox account after a successful purchase, the only supported paths are:

    1. Confirm the purchase actually completed on the Microsoft side
      • Sign in with the same Microsoft account used for the purchase.
      • Check the Microsoft Store order history: if the Robux/Xbox purchase does not appear there, the transaction did not complete on Microsoft’s payment platform and no Robux will be delivered.
      • If it appears and is completed/charged, the purchase went through.
    2. Check which platform processed the Robux purchase
      • If the Robux transaction is not in Microsoft Store order history, it was likely processed by a non‑Microsoft billing platform (for example, directly by Roblox). In that case, only that platform’s support (Roblox) can fix delivery issues.
    3. If the transaction shows in Microsoft Store but Robux are missing
      • Because Robux delivery is handled by Roblox, contact Roblox Support with the order details so they can trace and credit the Robux.
      • If Roblox redirects back to Microsoft, open a support case with Microsoft Customer Support and provide:
        • Date and time of purchase
        • Exact product (Robux amount)
        • Microsoft order number from the Store order history
      • Microsoft can then investigate the payment and, if needed, refund or reissue according to their policies.
    4. If the purchase used Microsoft account balance from a gift card
      • Once a Microsoft gift card is redeemed, the balance is non‑transferable and can only be spent via Microsoft’s payment platform. If the Robux purchase is missing or invalid, the resolution is either:
        • Refund of the Microsoft account balance (if eligible and required by policy/law), or
        • Re‑crediting or reissuing the Robux code by support.
      • This can only be done by Microsoft Customer Support after validating the transaction.
    5. If the Robux were obtained through Microsoft Rewards
      • If the Robux code is invalid or does not credit properly, Microsoft Rewards support can refund the points and allow redemption of a new Robux card. This is handled through Rewards support tickets, not through the app.

If none of the above steps resolve the issue, the next step is to contact Microsoft Customer Support directly with the order number and proof of purchase so they can review the transaction and, if appropriate, refund or correct the Robux entitlement.
