Missing AI Skills Fest 2026 Exam Voucher - Sychronization Issue

Hello,

I have successfully completed the Microsoft AI Skills Fest 2026 playlists at 100% using my official Microsoft Learn account (Initials: LM). Although my progress shows 100% complete on the AI Skills Navigator platform, the system has not synchronized with Microsoft Learn and I have not received any confirmation email or the 100% exam voucher after submitting the claim form. Since the festival is ending today, I have attached the screenshots proving my 100% completion as incontestable evidence. Please verify my account backend and manually issue my free exam voucher for the AI-900 certification.

Thank you for your support!36819

Manual voucher issuance or back-end verification of an individual account is not possible here. For an AI Skills Fest playlist or challenge to qualify for a voucher, the playlist must be one of the predefined, reward-eligible playlists announced for the event, not a manually created playlist. A similar issue was resolved when the user switched from a manual playlist to a predefined one.

If the correct, reward-eligible playlist was completed and the claim form submitted but the voucher has still not arrived, the only supported path is to contact Microsoft Credentials Support so they can review the Learn profile and event eligibility and, if appropriate, assist with the voucher. Use the same Microsoft account that was used to complete the playlist and register for the event when opening the support request.

For issues where completed training or credentials are not appearing as expected in Microsoft Learn or AI Skills Navigator, first verify that the correct Learn profile is being used and that there are not multiple accounts. If the expected activity or credentials are still missing after confirming the correct account, contact Microsoft Credentials Support for further investigation.
