Why wont my account let me buy Minecraft Minecoins??

Hey Microsoft, I'm hoping you guys have the answer to this. But when I try to buy things from the bedrock Minecraft store it lets me put in all the needed card details. But when it comes to the security part where you go to the bank to confirm and doesn't process it. It gets stuck on a forever loading page and I know its not a bank issue because ive gotten a new card and tried my mates card and it does the exact same thing. What do I do?
