Certifications can be found on Microsoft Learn under https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab

SC-900 is a certification exam, so after a successful pass the related certification and certificate should appear in the Certifications area of the Microsoft Learn profile, not in the section that only shows badges and trophies for learning modules.

    Use these checks and steps:

    1. Confirm the correct account is being used
      • Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the same personal Microsoft account that was used to schedule and take the SC-900 exam through Pearson VUE.
      • If multiple Learn profiles or accounts exist (personal, work, school), sign out and try each possible account. Exam results and certifications are tied to the profile used at registration.
    2. Verify the exam result is in the Learn profile
      • Go to the Learn profile → Credentials → Certifications tab.
      • It can take up to 24 hours after the exam for results to appear here. If the exam was taken on 25 May and more than 24 hours have passed, the result should already be visible if it is associated with the correct profile.
      • If SC-900 does not appear under Certifications, also check the “Past exams” section via the score-report steps below.
    3. Check the Pearson VUE score report linkage
      • From the Learn profile, go to Credentials → Certifications and scroll to “Past exams”.
      • Select “View details on provider site” to open the Pearson VUE dashboard and confirm that the SC-900 exam is listed as passed under the same account.
      • If the score report is visible in Pearson VUE but not reflected as a certification in Learn, this indicates an account/profile linkage issue that Microsoft Credentials Support must correct.
    4. Ensure the credential requirements are met
      • SC-900 is a single-exam certification. Once the exam is passed, the certification should be awarded and visible. If only learning-path badges are visible and no SC-900 certification is listed, the system may not have associated the passed exam with the certification profile.
    5. Use Microsoft Credentials Support for correction
      • Because a case is already open (TrackingID provided), continue working with Microsoft Credentials Support; this is the correct escalation path for missing certifications or certificates.
      • If needed, follow the guidance in the “Missing Exams or Certifications” article: verify the correct profile, confirm the credential requirements, and then contact Microsoft Credentials Support to merge or fix profiles so that the SC-900 certification and certificate appear.
    6. Accessing the certificate once it appears
      • After the SC-900 certification shows under Certifications, open the Certification Dashboard.
      • Use “View Certificates” to view/print the SC-900 certificate and save it as PDF for sharing with employers.

If, after confirming the correct account and waiting the normal processing time, the SC-900 certification still does not appear, only Microsoft Credentials Support can resolve it by checking and fixing the account mapping behind the existing support case.
