Admin consent status shows "Unable to determine status for"

In my tenant one of the application admin consent shows a straing status "Unable to determine status for XXXXX"
but when I am doing the same for reset of the applications there are no issues.
Any specfice reason for this, what action to be taken.

The "Unable to determine status" message usually means Entra ID is unable to retrieve the admin consent status for that particular application. This can happen due to a temporary portal issue, a problem with the application's service principal, or inconsistencies in the application configuration.
Since the issue is only occurring with one application and the consent status for other applications is displaying correctly, please check whether the application's service principal is present and functioning as expected in your tenant.
To help investigate further, please provide:
- Application name
- Application (Client) ID
- Tenant ID
- Screenshot of the API permissions page for the application
