Not able to find my Microsoft Certification which i completed

Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) is a fundamentals certification and does not expire, so there is no renewal option required or available.

To locate the certification and its records in the portal, use these steps:

1. Verify the correct Learn profile
   • Make sure sign-in is with the same Microsoft account that was used when registering for and taking the exam.
   • If multiple Microsoft accounts exist (work/school and personal), sign out and try each one on Microsoft Learn.
   • If a congratulations email from 2022 is available, use the profile link in that email to confirm which account/profile holds the certification.
2. Check for missing credentials
   • Review the guidance for missing exams or certifications to confirm that the credential should appear and that it was not earned through a channel (like Certiport) that does not sync to Microsoft Learn.
   • Follow the troubleshooting steps for missing certifications if it still does not show.
3. View certifications, badges, and transcript
   • Go to the Certification Dashboard as described in the “Access your certificates, badges, and transcript” article.
   • From the dashboard, use:
     • View Certificates to see and download the Azure Fundamentals certificate.
     • View Transcript to see a full list of passed exams and active certifications.
4. Use the Learn profile transcript and credentials view
   • Open the Learn profile and select Transcript to see training and credential completion history (active certifications, exams passed, etc.).
   • Select Credentials → Certifications to view all certifications and their details.
5. If the certification still does not appear
   • Use the “Missing certifications” guidance to confirm requirements and account.
   • If it is still missing after checking all accounts, contact Microsoft Credentials Support for direct assistance with the profile and certification records.

There is no need or option to renew Azure Fundamentals; once the certification is correctly associated with the Learn profile, it remains valid and visible.
