Unable to enroll in Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program - Account creation has been blocked

We are trying to enroll in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program and create a Partner Center account.

When attempting to create the account using our corporate email addresses (******@ts68.vn and ******@ts68.vn), we receive the following message:

"Account creation has been blocked. We have detected some unusual activity and have blocked the creation of this account."

We are a legitimate business in Vietnam with:

  • Active company website
  • Corporate email domain
  • Valid business registration

Because the account creation is blocked, we are unable to create a Partner Center workspace and therefore cannot submit a support request through Partner Center.

Could Microsoft review this case and advise how we can proceed with partner enrollment?
