Hello,

I am looking to purchase a 55-inch television suitable for a small conference room, with the ability to connect via Miracast.

Ideally, the solution should support secure connection methods, such as requiring a confirmation on the TV or a one-time code for each session.

Could you please recommend brands or specific models that best meet these requirements?

Windows and Miracast do not require specific TV brands or models, only that the display supports Miracast as a wireless receiver. Many modern consumer 4K/QLED TVs from major brands (LG, Samsung, TCL, etc.) include Miracast or compatible wireless display functionality.

Key points based on the requirements:

Screen size and suitability

A 55-inch display is appropriate for a small conference room, but ensure it is large enough so that text (for example, Word or Excel content) is readable from the furthest seat.
4K panels are supported, but Teams and typical Windows projection scenarios will effectively use up to 1080p resolution.

Miracast support

The TV must support Miracast (sometimes branded as “Screen Mirroring”, “Wireless Display”, or similar). No special PC hardware beyond Miracast-capable Windows devices is required.
