Unable to create Azure DevOps connection in a Logic App — "Unknown error" from the designer

What's happening: In the designer's Create connection dialog (Authentication Type: Log in with Microsoft Entra ID), clicking Sign in fails immediately with a generic toast:

Failed to create OAuth connection: Unknown error

The dialog doesn't show any further detail. Repro is consistent across normal and InPrivate browser sessions, with the same Microsoft account that has access to the target Azure DevOps organization.

Impact: The Logic App cannot be wired up to Azure DevOps, blocking the workflow end-to-end. All logic apps are broken right now.

As per our discussion on teams the issue was because someone applied a policy to the RG to not create resources without tags.

The Issue is now resolved, and the connection is working successfully.
