Hi,

I have an issue with the progress level for my challenge EPAM - Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) where I finished all collections before the time went. I still see 2 / 26 but it should be 26 / 26. Could you help me with that because I need it to my certificate path.

Best,

Rafał Laskowski

Progress in special challenges and collections on Microsoft Learn does not grant a certification by itself; certifications are only earned by passing the required exams (for Azure Developer Associate, exam AZ-204).

For Learn-based challenges where the progress or completion status is incorrect (for example, showing 2/26 instead of 26/26 even though all items are completed), the issue cannot be fixed directly from the user side. The recommended actions, based on how missing or incorrect credential data is handled, are:

    1. Verify the correct Microsoft Learn profile is being used, especially if multiple accounts exist. Progress, badges, and trophies are profile-specific.
    2. Check the Achievements area to confirm that the related modules and learning paths show as completed and that the expected badges/trophies are present:
    3. If the challenge or its completion is part of a certification or credential path and the status is still wrong, contact Microsoft Credentials Support so they can review the account and correct any backend issue with progress or achievements:
      • Use the guidance under “Contact Support” for missing or incorrect credentials and submit a support request.

Because course and challenge completion on Microsoft Learn does not itself issue a certification, ensure that the actual certification requirement (passing exam AZ-204) is also planned or completed as part of the certification path.
